It was ok. Staff were friendly and there were no issues.
Rooms got a bit stuffy - resulting in having to have the patio doors open all night and food was mediocre.
I’m fully mobile but I was concerned that some ramps in the complex were a bit too steep for some disabled people to self mobilise. Other than that I think they had a lot of facilities to accommodate many types of physical disabilities .
The rooms were self catering but were set up in a strange manner. There was a cooker and hob but no cooking utensils. There were mugs but no kettle. So in summary there was a lot of equipment in the rooms that could not be utilised.
I liked the fact the hotel was promoting personal dignity of disabled people. However I was disappointed in the fact that to get rooms cleaned you would have to put a sign outside your room adverting Loro parque. For a hotel that promotes the dignity of all humans i find it strange that they would want you to advertise a company that profits from the indignity of other highly intelligent mammals (orcas). Considering how controversial loro parque is I find it rather bizarrre that they would promote them so much. For this reason I cannot give them more that 3 stars More
