We have stayed here 2 years running for our family holiday. Very accessible & suitable for all ages & all disabilities. Great staff & entertainment for the whole family. 2 big pools & a small shallow one for children. Hotel is a short walk to the beach downhill, leaving the small point to get back to the hotel is uphill. Quite difficult with manual wheelchairs. Lovely quiet area in Los Christianos, although the resort does have its fair share of bars for those evening out.

Stayed at the mar-y-sol In Tenerife for 18 nights with my wife the cost was £3800 for bed breakfast and evening meal the room we stayed in had wide doors the shower tray been removed and the waste put into the ground so I wouldn't class it as a wet room as when you had a shower the water run into the bedroom other than the doors be widened in the hotel there was three hoist to get into the swimming pool and one metal ramp was the only adaptions I could see the food is nice some of the staff are very rude on top of paying the excessive amount of money from 18 days we still had to pay for the TV one Euro 20 a day to have the key to the safe was one Euro 20 a day and to out Wi-Fi one Euro a day so would I recommend it no but if you have a severe disability this could be the place for you this is my own personal ps there was no kettle teapot in our room no cutlery or crockery no air conditioning just a fan

This was my 3rd visit with 5 clients we look after. Again great rooms with good views of the pool. Many staff remembered us from before. Food was good with a great choice. Pool are lovely and clean the 2 pools are great 1 warm and 1 nice to cool down in. All aids needed were there on arrival from shop next door. Went on a boat trip the 5 clients and 5 staff. Will definitely be back to this hotel.

We were there 2 weeks in my fathers apartment and had a lovely time. Primarily the hotel is focused on the needs of the disabled and does this incredibly well. From talking to a number of disabled guests they do it better than anyone else in Europe and people really sang its praises on how the set up was fantastically suited to serve a myriad of special needs. We made some great friends in the short time we were there and had lot's of relaxing time around the pool. There are also some lovely quiet terraces on different levels with superb sea/mountain views. The sports hall is a great facility within the hotel where I spent quite a lot of hours at the table tennis table with new friends both disabled and able bodied. The location is very handy for local bars and restaurants and approx 10 mins walk from the nearest beach. The hotel does things very well and allows you to have a great stay - it was fantastic to see how it enabled everyone to get the most out of their stay.
