Small but friendly, rooms basic but clean, staff very helpful. All inclusive drinks not the best but the restaurant and food was excellent, as good as more expensive hotels I've stayed at.Served up a lovely roast beef and Yorkshire pudding. In a quiet area but not far from the main strip and very close to the beach.

Visited during the school holidays in August with two children 7 and 9. Brilliant hotel, nothing flash bar the food which is the nicest AI buffet food I've had anywhere in the world, but clean, tidy, great staff and great location, supermarket and a few bars and restaurants just outside. Short walk to a beautiful beach and just a ten minute walk to the main strip. First visit to the island but won't be the last a fantastically beautiful and friendly place.

The all inclusive package is good value for money. Our room had a king sized bed, the linen was changed and the room cleaned most days. However we were lucky with our room as some are very small and one couple showed us a room with a small double bed pushed up against a wall. The showers are terrible, sticking out from the side of the bath and you can hardly move, bathroom windows are on the corridors and you can see people showering through the frosted glass in clear detail. The first week the food was good and plenty of choice, by the second week the food went down hill and there were obvious left-overs served at every meal. Not sure if this was because it was the end of the season, or the normal 2 wk cycle. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool area was cleaned every day, but as usual sun loungers were grabbed by the towel brigade. Plenty of drinks available and a selection of cocktails which weren't too bad for an all in holiday. Breakfasts were good with full English for those who wanted it, the continental option could be improved on with a bit more variety. There is not enough seating area around the pool bar and not a pleasant experience when it rains, the seating area in main reception could be better used for entertainment as there is a bar there which is not open.. Would say this hotel is worth the money but more of a good 3 star than a 4 star. Location is perfect, on the edge of resort and across the road from the beach.

Room Tip: Inner corner rooms have bed pushed up against the wall. Rooms at basement level have light only coming from one end through patio doors.

My partner and I booked a week here from 30th Sept 2017 and we were not disappointed.

A very warm welcome on our arrival to the Klelia Beach Hotel :)

We were quickly dealt with as far as checking in and getting out bands went then shown to our room(104).

When I booked this with Jet2 the rooms available were "ground/lower floors" which I expected to be maybe ground floor or at a push 1 or 2, however our room was out the main door and around side of the building then down a little ramp and into a dead end kind of alley/corridor thing which had 4 room doors on it when we went into the room it was tiny and because it was a "basement" room the top of our balcony was at pavement level so our view would have been of the passing guests shins and flip flops! We dumped the bags and went for a nosey around, when we headed back to the hotel we asked at reception if there was another room as we were unhappy with the one we had, I can't remember the guys name but he was so helpful and moved us to a much better room which had a terrace out to the pool side and was much larger...i wouldn't come here with young kids...not just to Klelia beach but to Zante as a whole as i think they'd get bored (well i know mine would) ....now that's my only bad things out the way.

Klelia Beach Hotel is AMAZING!!

The food is great, the staff are great, the location is perfect and the pool is great too although a little chilly at 1st but who cares, the rooms are good (as long as its not a basement one) and they are cleaned daily just remember to put the towels in the bath if you want them changed.

Entertainment could have been more i suppose but at end of season i didn't expect much and the nights they did have it on it was good and they made sure to get the guests involved...smashing the plates into the fire on Greek night was good fun!

A little tip...if you have the wall mounted lights above your bed be careful because they are placed directly above your pillow and very low meaning i hit and cut my head on the one above mine.

We met some amazing people there from all over and will hopefully keep in touch...

We have too much planned next year to have another week here but will maybe managed to squeeze in 4 nights ;) if not we'll see you again in 2019 :)

Thanks to all the staff at Klelia Beach for a lovely holiday....see you again soon

Room Tip: Try to avoid basement rooms

Stayed end of September into early October.

Prior to arrival I had contacted the hotel requesting both booked “suites” had walk in showers and be close together. One room had a walk in shower and the rooms were in separate buildings, not a good start.

Having booked a suite we did not expect a dark room with no comfortable chair to sit on, a jacuzzi on the balcony made the room a suite! What a waste as neither my friend nor I could get in as no steps or door access were provided.

The food was not as good as I have previously had in an all inclusive hotel, lunch appeared to be the previous nights leftovers reheated, not good in the case of the fish I tried. We tended to eat lunch at the Exotica which appeared to be a far, far nicer hotel.

The staff, apart from one member of the reception, were all exceedingly pleasant and went out of their way to help in any way they could.

Hot water was, to say the least, a hit and miss affair but after making several complaints this was rectified.

Would I stay again, no.
