This hotel is in a very good location. One can go to sleep hearing the waves, and swim right outside the gate
It is a five minute walk from St. Luce.
St. Luce has a grocery store bakery shop and numerous restaurants.
Also the hotel is on the path that winds about three or 4 miles to the north through various beaches, beach bars and fishing villages. Any trip to this Island, in my opinion, involves a lot of driving to other various beaches.
I would highly recommend this hotel, it is clean secure reasonably priced and for Anglophone quite welcoming.
I will be back.

We love this small apartements hotel in Sainte Luce, Martinique. We have ben herre four times. The name in english means seabrise and when is it hot You can always sit in the garden looking at the ocean. The standard og the rooms is very good. The is a few minutes walk to Sainte Luce were there is shops and restaurants. The staff speaks english. We can recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Room number 3, 4, 5 and 6

The place is okay, just fair priced for what you get, nice location by the beach, clean rooms, BUT the owners, especially the lady, are pretty unwelcoming hosts if you don´t speak French. Dominique made more efforts, but she said she didn´t speak english, which I find hard to believe. I know the official language in Martinique is French, and I didn´t expect them to speak perfect english, but since they have a business dealing with tourists, and their website is bilingual, at least I expected an effort to try to make your stay pleasant regardless the language you speak. I could see the way they treated their french guests and it was much more friendly. They should warn you: "only french speakers are welcome."

we had a double anniversary coming up and were looking for a place , location both new and exciting , and found Martinique.
somewhat above normal budget , but well... worth every EUR !
we stayed the 2nd week at the BriseMarine in Saint Luce , a small fishertown in the south , and the hotel is apartementlike , best seen on the internet , and absolutely recommended for anyone who looks for a quality but not sooo expensive stay.
apartements are self-contained , that is there is no restaurantr on the premises but several within 10minutes pleasant walk . likewise , you mist bring and prepare your breakfast . if you want breakfast served , you must go to a hotel proper. lots of french prefer it this way and some of the clientele spent their entire day on the verandahs overlooking the caribbean sea.... nice enough true but one would miss so much in this lovely island.
one needs a CAR to got the other places , as there is a shortage of public transport . we got one at eur200 per week at Jumbo cars .
evenings on the verahdah , in shorts , with a bottle of Depaz , sugar , lime and some icecubes..bliss.
the place was spot-clean , and there is always someone at the reception to help . english spoken as well , with a french accent . and french , of course.
