We spent two nights at the Waltraud. Our first room was spacious and had front and side windows providing a nice cross breeze. Upon returning for our second night we found that all our things had been moved to a smaller room. The manager apologized that she had made a mistake in booking and had booked our room to someone else for the second night. I wondered why that party wasn't given the smaller room we were moved to. I was a little uneasy that all our things had been touched by staff but our things seemed to be in good order.
The breakfast provided was wonderful - fresh fruits, vegetables, cereal, assorted bread, meat, cheese, juice, yogurt, granola bars, boiled eggs and more. Lovely!!
In the US if paying customers had been inconvenienced by a room change some money would have been taken off the bill. Nothing was taken off our bill and we see the need to ask as we were happy with both rooms and the helpful and pleasant staff.More
