We were here for the second time, everything was great. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of food, warm and cold buffet. We had 2 rooms, were clean and presentable, the stuff was very helpful.

Very nice very kind staff! The receptionist even after a long night shifs was so nice and smiling!
The room was nice and clean, with a small balcony.
Breakfast was okay, personally i missed the bacon:) but there were other ham options.
I didn’t see alternative milk (laktose free,rise) but there was gluten free option in the pastries.

There will be always something special about Residence for us because we celebrated our wedding there on the 20.7.2019 . I want to say a big thank you to all of the staff , waiters , chefs, receptionists and mostly to the manager Mrs Danka who helped to create a magical day for us. She was so helpful with organising the wedding and making sure that everything went smooth on our big day. The hotel has a breathtaking view , very good facilities, spa, delicious food and beautiful apartments .
We will be coming back for winter holidays for sure :)

Good location, great apartment (family) and comfortable, nice milieu. The food is ok, but not super. The panomara is beautiful. The wellness is plus charge :( The parkingspace is bare but near by the greatparking.

Overall a good hotel in Donovaly. Few downsides : it's cold in the bar, restaurant, lobby, corridors, ellevator; food can be much better, since the assortment during breakfast and dinner is very narrow; check carefully your bill at check out, they strangely provide limitedbtransparancy on what's in... The inside kids playground is good, tha spa as well, garage is very convenient(10eur/night).

We really had a good time at the Hotel. The staff was fully cooperative. The weather was also nice.The food in the hotel was good but little expensive. The food in the surrounding retaurants was also very good, but at a reasonable price.
