Overall a good hotel in Donovaly. Few downsides : it's cold in the bar, restaurant, lobby, corridors, ellevator; food can be much better, since the assortment during breakfast and dinner is very narrow; check carefully your bill at check out, they strangely provide limitedbtransparancy on what's in... The inside kids playground is good, tha spa as well, garage is very convenient(10eur/night).

We really had a good time at the Hotel. The staff was fully cooperative. The weather was also nice.The food in the hotel was good but little expensive. The food in the surrounding retaurants was also very good, but at a reasonable price.

Unbelievable views from our balcony, sparking clean room and bath, luxury linens, and friendly service. We only had a one-night here, and everything was lovely. Most important to us was that we had to take a bus at 4 pm, but the check-out time is early (10:30 am). When we explained our dilemma, the lovely woman at reception allowed us to stay all day for just a few euros more. That truly made our day far more pleasant. Thank you!
