Business trip.

Food was delicious, drinks were very high quality. The service and cleanliness was to a very high standard.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The hotel is in a brilliant area, with plenty of pubs and restaurants near by.

I was very impressed with the staff and the hotel in general. This is the kind of place I would bring my wife for a weekend away.

Superior room booked disappointed very small dusty blinds dirty windows. Window would not open road noise loud throughout the night. Had to wait 30mins to be seated for breakfast food arrived before the drinks. Coffee and tea poor quality. Lovely staff though. Overall the price paid did not match the experience!

We were attending a wedding here and staying over.
We would say that this is one of the best wedding reception and hotel stays we have every been too.
Great Looking hotel ,wedding breakfast well organised by hotel and Matte de
Great food,Great presentation, well organised and a great dejay
Very good rooms, breakfast was also very good some slight issues with ordering as it seemed to be very busy at breakfast.
We would say that this was a very good wedding venue.
But
There was unfortunately one major negative
if you can succeed to park at the hotel then that's good (but you may have to back your car out!)if not the overflow car park is not well signposted and can be a bit of a nightmare to locate and park in.

came to stay here for august bank holiday and was really looking forward to it as we had booked an Executive Room so I expected a wow room. Reception staff didn't seem to bothered when we arrived to check in so that wasn't very welcoming. Was told where to go to our room in the outer building which when you walk in you think your in a salon and not a hotel so that was confusing. Found the stairs and landing's quite dirty and dusty needed a good hoover. Got to our room which we paid over £150 for and wasn't wowed at all... it just seemed dirty old and dusty. Bathroom was small with a single shower not like photos showed with a double shower. Breakfast room card was dirty with stains on and there was no pen to fill it out??? No complimentary water or anything. Bed was very comfy the only good thing about the room. No spoons with tea and coffee facilities not what you expect for £150. The room just seemed old dated and dark. defiantly would not return to stay the night again.
Restaurant, this was very good food was excellent and so was the waitress not sure on her name think she could of been the manager she was great all round.

Well i don't really know where to start when talking about this restaurant. The staff were lovely, but that where the positivity ends. I took a girl there for a casual meal. It was her recommendation. She is fired from making all decisions. Starters were £10. Are you kidding me. It's Bawtry. The wagyu burger at £18 was dry and served with RAW french fries. Do not eat here. They cant even cook a tiny pot of fries when there is 6 tables in. £26 for a bottle of prosecco which is £8 in asda. I hate this place. It will always get customers because its in a hotel. I feel robbed with 2 main courses and a bottle of wine for £65.
