We have eaten at La Trattoria many times the last couple of years. Unfortunately, things are not as good as they used to be. The gorgonzola pear pasta is still great and the parma ham pizza too. But apart from that the highlights are far between. The menu has hardly been changed in a long time and it needs some new dishes.

I am a bit sad to write this, but the restaurant itself looks kind of worn down. It really needs some work. We were there a couple of weeks and it was quite disappointing. No Pizza during the week, only on weekends. The pasta was ok, but not great. The desserts, unfortunately were so bad, they probably shouldn't have been served at all. The Tiramisu looked like it had been left outside for days, and tasted that way. All of the desserts were old and sticky. Again, I feel bad about writing this, because I like the place and the people working there, but honestly, they need to do something or they will loose their customers.

We would love to come back when things have improved, but util then we'll probably go somewhere else...

We stopped here and took a table outside on a warm October evening. It's often hard to keep everyone in our family group happy when it comes to food but there was something on the menu here to suit all tastes. The pizzas were excellent, with delicious topping combinations and the veal with mushrooms was a winner, according to my mother. The meal was great value, and Marion, the manager stopped by for a chat. Nice atmosphere omission the street outside and we really enjoyed it.

Chose to eat at this restaurant on our last night in castelldefels because it was close by our hotel, had a lovely terrace and lots of choice on the menu.

Firstly our waiter was very attentive although he didn't speak very good English he really tried his best to accommodate us. My daughter didn't like her carbonara and they rallied round to make her what ever she wanted even though she chose just plain tomatoes!

The rest of our meal was delicious, large portions which we were unable to finish were nicely presented in a takeaway box and bag for us at no extra cost or trouble.

Definitely recommend if you like Italian food, the pizza looked fantastic! The wine was cheap and if good quality too.

Authentic italian food. There is a wide selection of dishes, pasta, pizzas, salads, meat and fish. I have eaten at this restaurant on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Personally I can recommend the 'Burrata' the buffalo mozzarella, it is so creamy and light, is best between 2 people, also the linguine with sea food, baked in an envelope to extract the various aromas of the different seafood, followed by the Panna Cotta, delicious! The staff are very helpful and service with a smile. Well worth a visit.
