I am a frequent traveler to Sicily. One of my reasons for visiting this island is its cuisine. Have to admit that this is one of the best seafood restaurants on the whole island. I was introduced there by some friends for a business lunch. For a fixed price , you start with an array of raw fish and seafood, some still alive. A wide selection of seafood follows. Three different types of pasta make up the starter. Pasta was cooked to perfection and the sauces were great too. For those who still have room there is a selection of grilled fish still to come. Also included in the price are desert, wine and drinks. Do not ask for that thing called 'meat'. A friend asked for some meat at the antipasti stage and was served with some processed canned meat. Restaurant was full up (Saturday lunch)

Following a recommondation, we tried Incognito for dinner tonight. It was really the best fish dinner experience, I ever had. And all of us were so impressed by the quality and fair prices. Finally, perfect and very friendship service, as the guys arranged a hotel on short notice for us. We are looking foward to meet Antonio and his guys next time on our Sicilia visit.
Thanks and all the best, E.

I have been here numerous times and never been disappointed. Of course if you don't like raw, marinated, fried or cooked seafood this is not the place to be. If you expect the traditional grilled fish on your plate, this is not your place. You will however get an abundant constant stream of little tasters. They are small tiny quantities on their own, but you will be served over 25 different combinations of seafood. I often call them the Italian sashami restaurant, just better. If you still are hungry after this, you will be served a selection of two pastas with seafood and risotto, which are all excellent, but to be honest … to much for my appetite. (we often take them home in a 'doggy bag', and guess who plays the dog the next day!). The house wine is so and so, but if you really want to make it special they have nice selection of top North Etna wines (Passopisciaoro and Terre di Trente) at reasonable prices. They are only open for lunch, but you can get in until pretty late in the afternoon. (we have been served coming in as late as 15,00hrs). Count the whole afternoon to eat and degustate (and digest). The price for what it is, is cheap. It is always booked up, which guarantees a fast turnover of the food, essential with this kind of raw seafood. Service is good and with a smile. If you go with a group, make sure everybody likes seafood, because this is a fixed menu with little option for something else. Though we are never hungry when we leave, we cross the street and go to the gelateria across the place. Best ice cream and sweets ever. It just makes the treat complete.

There's no menu, just a non stop stream of delicious seafood. We barely got past the antipasti and just managed the starters. The house wine was good too. Value for money was excellent!
