A most comfortable and cosy B&B, with an authentic local italian style. Fantastic breakfasts on a balcony with stunning view over the harbour making the location unforgettably romantic. Really warm welcome, and great facilities and brilliant shower!

Room Tip: All rooms are brilliant

We stayed here three days and thoroughly enjoyed the city and hotel. the rooms are a bit small and ours had a view of the adjacent roof, but the place is clean and neat, easily accessible and a pleasant staff. It is a walk to the hotel since cars cannot access the centro historic, but it is not a back breaker. Also no lift so stairs up to most rooms, travel light. Everything is within walking distance and within and hour you know your way around. Very pleasant place with good restaurants. Hotel has no services other than breakfast, but that may chance in-season, I do not know. Also the wi-fi is often intermittent so I had to go out to make a few calls and get emails.

Room Tip: Make sure you have a view ahead of time if you want one

Dear Sir / Madam,
Thanks for judging our tourist facility. Sorry for the Wi-fi that a technical failure sometimes went off marking. However we were glad to have hosted it, hope to see you soon in our home, even just to pick a nice Coffee on the terrace.
Best regards

Spent 3 nights recently. First night was a holiday and Otranto was full of people. We were able to sit on the beautiful terrace enjoying a bottle of wine away from the crowd. The terrace alone is worth the price of admission. We ate breakfast on it every morning. Simple sweet Italian breakfast with excellent coffee. We were in the corner room B3 and at night when town is busy the club next door is quite loud if you leave windows open, however if you close window it is not real bad. You can park in the port area and with a deposit receive free parking pass from the hotel. Wi-Fi is very fast but were only allowed passes for 2 devices and kept getting knocked off. Bed was great and room very clean. Establishment very tastefully decorated and room nice size but with with small bathroom. Probably very normal for Italy but do not expect restaurants in area to be open until at least 7:30 pm. Recommend to plan around that and fact that shops closed from 1-3 pm. Reposa. Check in open from 3:00-7:00 pm and recommend you communicate arrival time to staff.

Location, beds, shower great BUT the staff seem to be uninterested in pleasing their guests. No introductions or warm welcome like all other Italian places we have stayed. Only recommended one v expensive restaurant when asked. Breakfast uninspiring..only one cheese and salami choice, cakes bit dull-only fruit salad good..Very disappointing compared to other, less expensive places we stayed. A note in room says 3rd drink costs 2€s and water costs €1.50-this is a fairly expensive BB -don't think these extra charges are welcome or appropriate. This property should be higher in the rankings with a few changes-it did feel staff were doing a JOB not feeling any passion for the business. We did however meet some interesting people!

Palazzo de Mori is a wonderful small hotel overlooking the harbour in Otranto. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful and breakfasts were great. We spent our afternoons enjoying a bottle of wine overlooking the harbour. Note that you cannot drive into the town so either pack light or ensure your luggage has wheels. The hotel will provide you a parking pass for the town.
