We have just returned from a stay at Masseria Muzza. Such a relaxing hotel, even though it was full when we stayed you still feel like you are there with only a few people. The staff are so attentive and nice. It was our wedding anniversary and they made the evening so special for us, even baking a cake for us. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Masseria Muzza is a fabulous place to enjoy relaxation and some exploring - the perfect vacation combination. The setting is beautiful, the rooms are extremely comfortable and immaculate, the food is very good, the spa is exquisite with unique offerings, and the shuttle-to beach is gorgeous, with soft sand and clear blue and warm water. Patrizia will do everything in her power to make you happy. An initial room mixup was graciously and quickly resolved to our satisfaction. What the service lacks in efficiency is more than made up for by the warmth and genuine attempt to cater to your every desire. We look forward to another stay with the lovely people at the beautiful Masseria Muzza!

Having just spent the last week at the masseria muzza & spa, I can honestly say I’ve had one of the best weeks away ever with friends. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and the rooms are immaculate. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the food is out of this world! The staff at the hotel are all so lovely and so helpful especially the pool manager Giuseppe and his team. Giuseppe made the stay extra special because he was happy to cater to your every need without complaint! I would highly recommend visiting the muzza hotel & spa and can honestly say I will definitely be returning and cannot wait to go back. The service and the stay was impeccable as they know how to look after there guests to make your stay perfect. If you go look out for Giuseppe as he will be happy to make your stay a perfect one. The staff and the owners know exactly what there doing and how to please there customers when ch always goes a long way in my book and making the stud even more special. I would like to thank all the staff and the owners especially the manager Giuseppe for making our stay so special. And will see you when we return in the very near future !!

Just spent a week here with our eighteen year old daughter. It is absolutely true to say that it is wonderfully luxurious resort. The rooms are spacious, decorated purely in white and beautifully appointed. Each has its own spa pool, huge showers, very comfortable beds and linen bedsheets. Despite it being the height of the Summer season, the pool area is large enough not to feel crowded even on the rare occasion that all the sun loungers were being used. The infinity pool itself, although not deep, is beautiful and looks out onto a lake.
The breakfast had the best selection of anywhere we have ever visited and is served in the pool-side bar-restaurant, where we also ate delicious lunches on a number of days. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant twice; on our first night there and for a special evening of Pugliese music and dancing organised by the hotel, where a buffet meal was served. The menu is heavy on fish and seafood, as is to be expected in this area of Italy, but there were one or two meat dishes also available.
We made use of the small, but well-equipped and air-conditioned gym. There is also a spa offering a variety of treatments (we didn't partake) as well as the more traditional spa pool and steam/sauna rooms which seemed to be less used.
The real stars of the show are the staff. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Particular mention goes to the incredibly helpful Patrizia on the front desk, her ever-smiling colleague Eleonora and Palmiro, who served us each day in the restaurant with a twinkle in his eye and a smile on his face. All of them were overseen by the ever present and attentive boss, Luigi. The overall feeling as a guest is of being included as part of a huge Italian family.
There were a few minor niggles; for example, the WiFi was non-existent in our initial room, but this was dealt with swiftly by moving us to another room. Although lovely to have a spa pool in the room, the downside is that it leaves a bit of a chlorine smell and slightly increased humidity.
Each day the hotel offers a shuttle service down to a beautiful stretch of beach 'Baia dei Turchi' where they offer sun loungers, umbrellas and towels. Lunch can be ordered from the hotel and delivered to you on the beach. We also needed a car for two days, which was organised effortlessly and efficiently at reception. The hotel is 10 minutes outside Otranto, which is wonderful and well worth visiting - a round trip in a taxi is 30euro.
Overall, a really relaxing and luxurious place to stay and we would certainly consider revisiting. Thank you Masseria Muzza.

Masseria Muzza is a gem in a fairly remote part of Puglia. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are attentive, polite and friendly .
We stayed bed & breakfast, but ended up eating lunch most days as well, also staying for dinner a couple of nights as well.
Breakfast has the best selection of choices I’ve come across in Italy. Cereals, a spectacular choice of fresh fruit , a number of fresh yoghurts , various breads and home made scones, tarts and cakes. Home made jams, cold meats, cheeses, vegetables, fresh tomatoes, as well as a chef cooking eggs and meat to order- even whipping up pancakes for the kids. Freshly squeezed juices , even prossecco to help yourself to .
Superb pool with the most comfortable loungers, even phone charging points.
Immaculate grounds & pretty candles lit throughout every evening .
Wonderful .
