Stayed for a night. Nothing so special and would wow us. Pool was supposed to be nice with its bar but there was nothing on it. Maybe because it's off peak. But at least someone would go to the poolside to offer snacks just as an extra service to their guests and income for themselves too. The view was great, rooms were well maintained. The bed though was dusty. May consider checking presence of dust mites.

Boating was a nice experience as the area was really good. We did snorkelling at the sanctuary. Just be ready as the resort in in a cliff, so you would need to go down the stairs to reach the beach area.

Food was average but they don't serve dinner. Good thing was someone already pre-empt us so we brought our own food. I was however alarmed with their hygiene practice. We ordered a four season juice. A part of their kitchen/beverage area can be seen from the restaurant, so I clearly seen how the lady made it. She used her bare hands to pick the ice from cooler. On her way to serve us, she scratched her back. After serving us, I asked for extra ice cos she did it too sweet. She took some ice using her bare hands again, without even washing after scratching her back. I didn't tell her though for her not to be embarrassed.

For me this is just an ordinary and simple resort in Sipalay. Nothing special in the resort. But this resort is bigger compare to other resorts in Sipalay. This resort is on top of the cliff. They have a big swimming pool and if you want to swim in the beach they have access for it, you can take the stairs going down to the beach. The beach area have many other resorts so it's not a private beach. The sand of the beach is fine but in some areas not. The water is also clear. You can do diving and snorkling but you have to book it.

Pool was dirty. Asked the management to clean it after arriving @ 2pm. Night came and still nothing. 2 other parties did nothing as well but hang by the pool side diddling their electronics. Staff said they'd eventually clean it and will become usable in the morning. Morning came and it's still dirty af. Tables on where we eat breakfast is covered with wood powder caused by infestations of drywood termites everywhere from the ceilings to walls. Checkout @ 12 pm came and guess what? Pool was still dirty af despite multiple follow ups. The other party just checked out as well while the other probably had a 2 day coverage, most likely regretting their decision as there was absolutely nothing to do and they did nothing as well as we noticed them beside the pool just eating there, most likely because of all the dirty tables in the dining area.

Upon arriving, reception didnt have any record of my reservation when I paid downpayment a week before and got confirmation of receipt. Bad start to our vacation. Our rooms are supposed to have hot and cold shower but it wasnt working. So we reported it but management didnt do anything about it. To make things worse, we were woken up in the middle of the night because their fire alarm started beeping every 30 seconds. So, we ended up not getting any decent sleep at all. Also, they should mention on their website that their resort is on a cliff and you need to take the stairs (with 75 steps) to get to their beach. Plus, there are too many boats docked at the shore. Staff is friendly but customer service is not that good. I'll give credit to their clean pool and great view which made our overall experience not absolutely terrible.
