Where to begin.. The room was very basic, the bathroom smelled of urine. The staff is unfriendly. One came into our room without consent while I was in the bed naked and started rummaging through our stuff in the closet because we asked her for a do not disturb sign and she thought it was in the drawer! When we ask something from the reception, it never comes. We ask for plates.. Doesn't come. We ask for knives.. Doesn't come.The last 3 days we didn't have warm water. You'd think they would send a technician to fix it when we asked for one right? WRONG.

The pool is nice but there aren't a lot of sunbeds. The restaurant was truly horrible. Never have I eaten a steak THAT bad. The breakfast, which is 15 euros a person
Is just some dry bread, dried eggs, nasty bacon, old fruit and some yoghurt. Very disappointing. The juice machine didn't work the whole time we were there.

The best thing about the whole hotel is a tapas platter for 5 euros and its all just store bought fried food. We were going to stay for 11 nights but left after 6. AVOID THIS HOTEL!

The place was suitable for a meeting with Friends .All thé amenities offertes by the hôtel was ok. Arawak beach resort is a good choice to relax and for évent planning.we will ne back soin for thé carnaval Season.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the views from the ocean front room are gorgeous. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms are basic and clean. My only concern was the ants which kept appearing at times. There are no irons in the room but there is a room for ironing.

The food was ok, not much variety or options.
