Per the reviews, the B&B La Magica Torre is a basic/simple inexpensive set of rooms in a private building (ie no hotel lobby or Reception desk), a 5min walk across the small town from the Magica Torre pizzeria, at which you find the staff to manage your check-in, payment, check-out.
Despite knowing it a simple option, and price very affordable, we were nonetheless dissapointed with the very simple bed, bed linens, and decor of the room (ie mint green painted walls, a bit institutional in atmosphere).
Staff at the pizzeria were friendly and helpful, but warning that no english spoken. (there was one young woman who did speak english)
Parking: They helped us park in their private cave on the hillside for no extra charge.
Service: Friendly, though basic and no/little english spoken.
Pitigliano is an especially magically charming small hilltop village, far more unique than many other of the most famous ones we visited; very little touched by mass tourism, compared with many other regional towns.More
