Small little gem in the town of Asciano. Great ambience with fantastic ham based dishes (local production, everything that has to do with cinta Senese is a must try!) and good wine selection which they sell as well. Loved the decor too. The owners are super friendly and helpful.

As an added a bonus they have invited us to visit their newly found grotta under their establishment. What a wonderful experience.

We visited with 2 young children. The menu isn't great for kids but the food was excellent for adults. The local meats and cheeses made for a delicious meal. There was a little bonus for the kids with the hidden celler that the owners showed us. That made the visit special for little ones!

Charcuterie with a couple tables to allow dining in. The owners, Louise and Paul are very hospitable and attentive, the food just amazing. The wine seems to follow suit, but we only tried the house wine. The shop/restaurant is small but a very nicely restored room. There is an ancient cellar - apparently 7meters deep where they cure their own cheese and which presumably is used to store wine.
