My sister and I stayed overnight B&B and we’re very happy with the accommodation and food. I booked the hotel with no recommendations and was pleasantly surprised. Previously we stayed in a hotel in Claremorris and were disappointed. We had dinner on our arrival in the bar restaurant. Service was a bit on the slow side but food was good. I am extremely disappointing to receive what I feel a very unfair review. We have a extremely good reputation especially for the cleanliness of the hotel. Our hotel has never been called dirty before. We have to agree to disagree on this occasion. Our housekeeping team work extremely hard on a daily basis to ensure our standards are kept very high.
Our location is 10 minutes from the N17 and N5 which are the 2 main roads for all of Mayo. We are 10Km from Knock Shrine and Knock Airport. We are located in a small charming town in the middle of Mayo somewhere that you can relax and recharge after a long day
I feel that stating that you will never return to Mayo is a slight over reaction and probably in keeping with the rest of your review. Mayo is a fantastic County with so much to see and do. I really feel that you would missing out by not returning to see this beautiful Counties wonderful blue flag beaches, breathtaking scenery and charming town and villages

My family and myself have stayed at this hotel & dined at the restaurant many many times and always found the food, the staff and the service excellent. However on this occasion on the evening of July 21st 2022 we were very disappointed. The customer service from the restaurant duty manager was shocking he was arguing with my elderly dad over extra chips in lieu of bacon that was not wanted on the meal. Also one of the female servers was extremely rude and unfriendly and had no manners or customer service skills whatsoever. She never said thank you or greeted us once even when we settled the bill. Also we were not offered any standard complimentary water which was offered to every other guest in the restaurant. After many years of visiting this establishment this has put us all off for life. I do hope the management of this hotel can read this and do something about some of their staff.

Stayed two nights, touring the area, in particular visiting the Céide Fields archaeological site. Great stay, excellent room with very helpful staff. Food in particular was excellent, we had dinner in the hotel both evenings and we were very happy with the quality of both the food and the service, which exceeded our expectations. Would return for sure

Our stay at the Park Hotel, Kiltimagh was fantastic. The hotel is clean and well maintained with lovely grounds. The choice of meals were great and they were all tasty. Individual food requests were catered for.
It was the amazing staff however that really made our stay special. From the initial email, through check-in, to our departure every member of staff we dealt with was professional, friendly, caring and extremely supportive.
We were travelling with a family member who has mobility issues and the care and provision given was exemplary. Nothing was too much bother.
I can highly recommend a quiet and relaxing stay at this 'home from home' hotel.
