A lovely 3 night stay in July. The room was large and comfortable, the food was copious and tasty, the view from the bar terrace (and beach sun lounger!) was stunning. We loved the way that the rocky beach had been used imaginatively with paths and wee ladders to help you get into the sea. The location is excellent -an easy stroll to Veli Losinj. We went to a couple of exercise classes which were great and the staff were very helpful -I'd especially like to commend Jelena Uravic, who posted a book back to me in Scotland (it was a signed copy paperback which I left, not in the hotel but in a taxi when we were leaving -she tracked down the taxi driver based on my description, retrieved the book and sent it back to me, which was definitely going the extra mile!!). A fab hotel on a beautiful island -we'd love to come back!!

Overall good but the hotel is too big so that dining room gets very crowded, food has not the quality of a 4 star hotel cantine. Beach is rocky with paved areas - deck chairs included in price. Hotel location is very good, 5 minutes to walk into Veli Losinj city center and 25 mintues to walk to Mali Losinj.

Wonderful island Losinj, nice hotel, perfect views, peace and quiet. Amazing, right?! Hotel had some recent renovation so the rooms and the coridors are new and clean. A bit hospital like. The pool and the beach are clean and nice to use. Restaurant- amazing for early breakfast, but hectic in dinner time. Food- average. The biggest problem of this hotel is staff- smiles are big no-no, confusion is a must and they are so- slooooooow. I don t get it. It is a 4* hotel!!!

We are here on vacation and all I can say is that staff crew are very unkind, they dont say even hello, you can get even a smile, in background you hear them swearing even one of them were cuddleing. For hotel which have 4 stars that behavior is not acceptable.

The hotel has a very good location only 5 minutes walk distance from the centre of Veli Losinj. Most of the rooms have astonishing view on to the Adriatic Sea and the nearby islands.
The rooms are big enough, modern and comfortable.
Breakfast and dinner is good (of course not gourmet, mass production) however in other LH&V Hotel sound a little bit better cuisine.
The huge, salt water pool provides a perfect relaxation almost every time there are free sunbeds and sunshades. and the pool was never crowded.
In Eastern and Western way there beautiful promenades for walking and jogging.
It was very clever that each side (shore, pool, promenade, reception etc.) of the hotel is available by elevator.

The staff is very mixed: some of them are kind and helpful but some of them are rude.
There are some ‘strange’ rules: you cannot get out even a peace of a pear from the restaurant because you will be rag and threatened to will be penalised however there are apples in the sauna area… you cannot use even a mini mattress in the pool who knows why…
The hotel is not really recommended for kids: there is only a concrete beach with a very small gravel part where is possible to go the children into the sea, so this part is crowded. There is only a very small playground even without a swing. The play-room for kids visible in some photos on the net is not exists. There are not any pools for small kids.
All of the showers at the pool area are out of order.
Once there was not enough table in the restaurant.
