I spent five days of perfect vacation in clubmed, where there was great facilities, and very warm and friendly GO , even I became friends with several GO . But 10AM,10 DEC. The sailing instructor in charge of English is undoubtedly different from other GO. He is very rude, never says hello, and never laughs. When we asked the question, we deliberately did not respond, and it was even more unbelievable that when a student""s sailboat was turned over, he didn""t even stop talking to other people. It makes me feel very insecure. In addition in the gym met him several times, he deliberately in front of me again and again with disinfectant clean I used equipment, he often very unfriendly stare at me, it makes me feel great insult. I really hope that clubmed shouldn""t have such GO

My family of 4 adults and 5 children have just returned home from our Mauritius 11 days trip. Honestly, the best part of our holiday is during our stay at this Club Med from 4th to 9th Dec.
All of us were well entertained and taken care of. From the reception to the restaurants, bars and various facilities, every GO and GE we met was so passionate about their jobs and us. This indeed had made us feel very welcome.
A special mention to GOs - Nico and Ashvin who had made us feel like though we Asians, were the obvious minority during our stay there, we were not neglected at all!
Lastly, also like to pay special thanks to the nice friendly lady who was in charge of cleaning our rooms 3119, 3121 and 3122. We know it's been tough to clean up the mess our kids made every day and you had done a wonderful job!

My wife and I work as senior manager and middle manager in a big hospitality group in Mauritius.
We had a day use bought on mari deal with the arrival for 11:00 and the departure at 17:00.
As we had only 6 hours we arrived at 10:30 to do the formality and to be ready for 11:00.
We were welcome by security agent at the gate who said that we can't enter the premises and we need to wait for 11:00! Wow... this is hospitality! Personally it was my first time in a Club Med and I didn't thought that we could be welcome like this in an hotel in Mauritius! It was quite shocking.
So we waited for 30 mins in the car on the parking! Really nice to start the day.
Then when 11h00 arrive we went back at the gate. The security guard were condescending and arrogant. I prefer to stay calm to save the day.
So then, we went through a metal detector (my first time too in Mauritius) and then we were escorted by the security agent in security uniform to the reception really far away from the gate by foot! It looks like we have stolen something or that we were going to be arrested. Then at the reception, the guard stayed near us... still feeling having done illegal.... and they gave us a orange wristband without saying anything... and they started back to talk together behing the reception. We understood that it was ok, and so we went to discover the hotel.
The remaining of the day was nice. Barmen were nice, GO team were nice, pool, food, everything were nice.
Sorry for the average rating but the welcoming was awful.

We just came back from a 2 week holiday to club Med pointe aux canonniers. We travelled with our 2.5 year old twins who attended petit club.
Overall we had an amazing time and were so happy with the Club. The atmosphere was so fun and warm. The GOs and all the staff could not have been more friendly.
Petit club was really excellent. We have been to many club meds around the world and this has been the best kids club by far! My kids usually don’t like kids club but they LOVED this one. The activities are really fun- they get them out every day and do things like a pool party in the kids pool etc. Melissa and Nikki and Vivi were the GOs who looked after my kids- they were so warm and cared for them as if they were their own! They ate and slept well (for a nap) whilst at kids club too! We took a babysitter every evening (Sheetal) who was also lovely.
The evening entertainment was great and there was always a lively atmosphere. Our room was also really nice- although if you have small children I’d recommend requesting a quiet area of the club. I requested this plus other things and they were so obliging and made sure all our requests were taken care of.
We can’t wait to go back next year!

Our 8 day vacation in Mauritius started in a resort in the South west of the Island . After 4 days there, and not entirely satisfied we moved to Club Med La Pointe.
After 6 previous visits to Club Med they continue to excel in all departments.
The staff are amazing, to name a few :West and Rikesh in the bar giving us a great Welcome back! Brandon in the restaurant and Sandra at reception. Thank You.
The efforts made on the White theme night was to say the least "Amazing "
Guests sometimes forget the long hours the staff put in every day to ensure a memorable vacation.
I have only positive comments, from the food offering to the beach and the simple yet comfortable accommodation.
Flavia the resort chief makes the effort to greet and chat to the guests making all feel at home.
This resort offers so much from relaxation on a great beach to themed evening entertainment.
The resort is child friendly and has all the facilities for both parents and kids to sit back and enjoy what the resort has to offer.
Well done Club Med you continue to lift the Bar and deliver on expectations.
We'll definitely be back again.
