This hotel is kinda like a Travelodge/Premier Inn in terms of the standard of rooms except it’s really dated. I’m guessing this hotel was built in the 70s/80s and it just feels like it needs a bit of a refresh really and could then be really lovely.
It’s great value though and the location is useful for seeing some lovely parts of Scotland. The staff were really lovely and helpful too.
Our room was small and a bit dingy but it was clean and the shower was good.
We also ate in the hotel restaurant and that was a rather pleasant experience I’d say.
Fine for a short stay.

Visited for two nights. Bed was comfortable and bed linen was spotless. Bathroom recently renovated. Staff are so helpful and polite, a definite asset to the Hotel. Food average, nothing special. Enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend.

Hotel slightly dated but clean, staff exceptional , nothing too much trouble, managed well under current covid situation. Hearty breakfast and evening meal with good choice of menu, within short walking distance of Highland Folk Museum
