I loved the hospitality and service provided by the staff, the beautiful and chilled pool area, delicious organic meal options, the refrigerator, and cooking facilities, and in particular the beauty of the area..close to Noussa and some beautiful beaches. We also followed all Anthie's recommendations for restaurants throughout the island and loved them all.

Room Tip: A room with a fridge/ is great investment, but all rooms were quiet and seemed good.

We came back again this year for another lovely holiday at Arokaria. This is a very good base for exploring Paros, not far from many beaches and on the road from Naoussa to Parikia. The pool is super, never crowded, with a large shallow end for the children, with good visibility from the bar. The bar area is tranquil and shady. The apartments are good and clean, each with a balcony. There are good views across Naoussa bay from the rear balconies. Breakfast is delicious, especially the huge range of homemade jams. Anthie picked us up from the port and liaised with the car hire pick up. Many thanks to Anthie, Tassos and Claudio.

Thats my second visit to Arokaria Dreams, I first visited two years ago and I had a great time as well. What I really appreciated was the hospitality and personal approach from the owners (Anthie/Tasos) they really go the extra mile when it comes to make you feel a friend. I also had a great surprise when i realized that people that met in Arokaria in my first visit also opted to return this year :) It was awesome meeting up again! Rooms smell and feel Cyclades (Check out for the special welcome treats in your room). Both my gf and I really enjoyed the traditional daily dishes and of course the quirky local liquor cocktails. Last but not least, my favorite area; The Pool Bar... This is where the magic happens ... Arokarianism !!!

Our welcome from Arokaria was fabulous - we were met by one of the owners at the port and driven the short distance from Parikia to Arokaria Dreams which is located just outside Naoussa. The welcome was friendly and we were greeted with a drink on arrival and shown to our lovely apartment.

We are a family of 4 (2 children under 5) and the apartment was plenty spacious enough, beautifully and traditionally simplistic in design with some lovely personal touches. The apartment had 2 electric cooking rings and plenty of kitchen equipment for the self-catering days of our 2 week break. We were also given some local liquor and local olive oil, which was fabulous.

The balcony had a sea view and the only downside was the windy evenings, but no one could change that!

The bar / breakfast area is lovely and relaxed. The breakfast is fantastic - fresh yoghurt, fruit, home made honey and jams, lovely bread, cheese, salami and a choice of teas, coffee and juice....

The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful - clean and much larger than we expected. Well-balanced between deep and shallow (plenty of room for the children to play).

Perhaps the only thing I would ask for is to know what the 'dish of the day' would be a day in advance so we could plan to eat 'home' or go out. The freshly cooked dish of the day when we did have it was FANTASTIC. Otherwise the menu is limited to toasties and Greek salad, but they were great too :)

Thank you Arokaria for providing such a wonderful respite from the humdrum everyday life!

Room Tip: All of them are great, though the upstairs balconies probably suffer more from the wind on windy days. Lovely sea / island views.
