To be honest the summary and pictures on hotels.com do not do this place justice. Lovely rooms, great breakfast and fantastic hosts. I will definitely be staying here again if I’m ever in the area. Great location close to transport links.

This is a low priced budget hotel with potential. The room was very modern and recently updated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and spoke good English. There was a good breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately they do not do evening food and the nearest restaurant is 3km away.

This hotel is a basic, clean hotel. Quite outdated, needing some freshening up. There was some old stuff hidden outside behind a hedge (an old pump for the pond), the pond needs some cleaning as well, and some parts of the interior could use a paint job.
Apart from this, the hotel is clean, with a decent breakfast (not too extended, but with still quite some nice things: baked eggs, bacon, cheese, a cheese platter, yoghurt, fruit, Nutella, ...). Although the guy at the reception didn't say much (just yes and no), he was correct and did what he was supposed to do.
Conclusion: the hotel is nice to stay for one or two nights, but don't spend your two-week holiday here.

First contact: green grass, small lake , old mansion style.
PRO: near highway, easy to move around, friendly personel.
CONS: no restaurant, only bed and breakfast, clean but rusty rooms, low internet speed.

My friend and I booked a twin room as we were en-route to the hotel in the evening. The photos looked amazing and a 24 hour check in was offered so we booked it. Upon arrival the doors were locked, we called the number on the door and a man came and let us in. We had clearly woken him after he grunted at us and looked for our booking.
He gave us our key and pointed us in the direction of our room... not sure where the other photos were taken but this room didn't look like it belonged to the hotel we viewed online. I picked 2 hairs out of my bed and there were dusty cobwebs on the edge of the pillow. The room was in desperate need of refurbishment and very basic.
In the plus side.. new spacious modern bathroom and a decent tv.
