We wanted to try something new for us in Luquillo, near Rio Mar , where we stayed for my birthday. Pasta Pueblo is a quaint , informal , bare bones terrace restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a look over to the lighthouse in Fajardo .
The fare was nice and the drinks are easy on you. Cocunut is the staple for mojitos and on a breezy night the ambiance is laid back and very very relaxed.
