Stayed in this hotel for three nights mid week from the time we checked in the reception to the restaurant/bar were excellent have to mention the house staff they went above and beyond the call of duty

glasses not cleared from reception area on thursday evening. Breakfast room gone tatty, badly needs refurbishing, flooe covering at entrance to kitchen torn, surely a safety and hygene hazard. hand sanitiser in the room was empty,
A Family run Hotel that offer a true Irish welcome by staff that go out of their way to give the best experience for the guest. Rooms are replenished daily with bottled water, hospitality tray, tissues, hand sanitizer, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, soap,shower caps, plenty of towels and hot water.
The bed give a super nights sleep. The restaurants serve a varied menu, quality&quantity very generous. Breakfast....plenty of variety both cold and the hot Irish breakfast - not to be missed.
Room very comfortable and cleaned to a very high standard each day. Both breakfast and dinner were well presented and delicious. From check in by a very efficient and friendly Receptionist, to all the Staff we encountered in the Hotel, a big Thank you.
We are just home from another short stay @ the Park Hotel & yet again it did not disappoint. This really is a super hotel, its well organised with fantastic friendly professional staff. The facilities are excellent. The rooms are really comfortable, clean, quiet & functional. We ate in the bar on 1 night & the food was superb as was the service. The leisure centre is brilliant, lovely pool & the sauna is open again. We will defo go back to stay @ the Park the next time we visit Dungarvan. Thanks to everyone @ the Park for making our stay so enjoyable.
Service was excellent very friendly staff at reception, in bar, restaurant and kids club. Nothing too much trouble. Food in bar was lovely. Breakfast was very good like the fact you order rather than buffet. Only a couple of negatives. Swimming pool was bit too crowded. There were some visitors that arrived on the Friday night and they were walking around lobby, bar and public areas with no masks and about 15 or 20 kids all running up and down corridors late.
