We were a party of 4 myself and my friend with our two teenagers. Arrived around 5pm on 19th October, and were greeted by lovely friendly staff with a glass of fizz and orange for the teens.
Check in was fast and easy, our cases were taken to our rooms straight away, so no waiting around. Our rooms were 3114 and 3115, we were happy to be next door to each other. The room had queen and a double bed and pool view balcony overlooking the activity area, we didn’t opt for the swim up room but wish we had. The rooms were cleaned daily and the mini fridge was also stocked daily (all included). Everywhere around the complex was clean and tidy.
Food in the main buffet restaurant was great, lots of choice, my favorite was breakfast, so much choice, the freshly made waffles were amazing. We booked the Italian and American restaurant as soon as we checked in to make sure we definitely got a space, they were very good.
One evening we were all a bit hungry around 23:00 with everything closed Marios kindly went out of his way to find us some sandwiches that were going spare.
There is a snack bar open from -12-5 serving burgers, toasties, chips and more but the best place to toasties is Debbie’s food truck in the Relax area, she is lovely it was a pleasure to visit her every...We were a party of 4 myself and my friend with our two teenagers. The kids entertainment looked fun for the little ones, evening entertainment was good, Rachel was just amazing, I don’t know how she managed to keep her enthusiasm and energy going, but she did, my son loved her and desperately wanted to win the t-shirt with the singing/music competitions in the evening, maybe next year
The water park was fun, slides were great, the lazy river was nice too. I have seen a lot of comments about the pools being freezing, I thought they were just right, there was a small pool where a lot of families with small children were, this pool was warm but we never went in there.
Every single member of staff here was incredible, always greeting you, always happy and cheerful, nothing seemed too much for them, I wish I could remember more names but Anastasia needs a mention as she was so lovely and greeted everyone with a smile at the restaurant, Georgia was lovely too, the staff in the Irish bar were great, in fact all the staff were great!!
We booked the boat trip to Lindos and an evening coach trip to Rhodes town. Both were great, the boat trip was amazing, stopping at Lindos the 3 stops on the way back to jump of the boat for a swim in the beautiful sea. We booked with the company opposite the hotel rather than Tui it was cheaper and was nice to help the local businesses.
I just wish we had booked for longer, will definitely come back.
Thank you for a fantastic holiday!!!More
