We very much enjoyed our brief stay recently. The hotel staff were warm, welcoming and efficient. It’s a lovely relaxing environment in a stunning location.
We enjoyed a really delicious dinner (plenty of seafood/fish choices) - you can choose to eat from the A la carte menu or from their extensive all day menu.
The rooms are simple yet elegant. The beach is just wonderful. The waters are not suitable for swimming but when we were there it was possible to go in far enough to cool down. We did a mini beach clean when we arrived. Had the beach to ourselves most of the time (along with pelicans soaring and diving).
Nice pool too! There isn’t a lot of space around it for loungers but we just wanted to swim.
My only suggestion would be to provide information about recycling available.
A special mention for Lisha in the bar/restaurant, thank you!
Missing the three kittens. They will have grown up a bit but we will be back!
Thank you all at Petite Anse.

Thank you so much for choosing us for your stay in Grenada. Thank you also for giving the beach a once over, that's very kind. Lisha says hello and we will look into what we can do about recycling. Thank you again and lovely to meet you.

Annie and Philip make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The staff are friendly and efficient, the location is wonderful. Food is great! Relax in the bar and then go to bed and fall asleep listening to the waves on the beach. It all went far too quickly!
We'll be back...

We had a wonderful stay at Petite Anse. If you are looking for something a bit out of the way that provides a lot of peace, natural beauty and relaxation, this is the place. We fell asleep each night to the sound of crickets in the distance and waves crashing on the shore. It was magical. The food is good and the staff are great.

We booked 11 nights at the end of October in a beach front cottage. The whole 'complex' is simply lovely. Very Grenadian but with a twist of British - courtesy of the owners – red pillar boxes and buses for salt and pepper pots, knitted tea cosies and Yorkshire tea!! The cottage was set out beautifully on our arrival with fresh flowers and was cleaned to a very high standard daily. Towels appeared magically along with toiletries! The food was excellent with a huge variety, but I would always advise going for the ‘fish of the day’ – fresh, tasty and cook how you prefer if required. All the staff were super friendly – not overbearing though – just always around if needed. We have been to the island twice previously but have stayed in the southern part. We wanted something different and away from the main tourist area. The location is right at the tip of the northern end of the island which is a journey from the airport 1-1.25 hours – but so worth it and treat this as a extra tour of the island. The people in St Patricks are so friendly and the area is quiet and peaceful. We did take a tour around the northern part of the island, which was altered as we wanted as we drove! And we also went across to Sandy Island – such a lovely day and highly recommended. We could not rate this hotel any higher – we loved it and came back feeling fully refreshed. We will definitely return and be sipping rum punch overlooking the beautiful islands in the distance and listening to the waves lapping the beach.

Room tip: Best rooms are the beach front cottages

We visited Grenada in September for 10 days and had pre-booked a stay at this hotel. The location appealed to me primarily because I desperately needed to decompress from work and have a Zen holiday! When we arrived in Grenada we had a VERY long journey to the hotel from St Georges airport. It took about 1.5 hours but our driver very kindly stopped of along the way so that we could buy some food and drink. In fact that was generally the theme of the whole trip - everyone going out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. When we finally arrived at the hotel I was exhausted and didn't quite like the steep steps leading down to the beachfront cottage (should have thought that one through - beachfront, steps to the beach etc). At first glance everything seemed quite basic in the cottage but I was too knackered to worry about it. However, when we woke up in the morning, drew back the curtains and walked onto the veranda, I genuinely couldn't believe that such a beautiful place exists on this planet of ours. Our veranda overlooked the ocean and the beach and the entire complex was very well maintained and surrounded by coconut trees. Apart from a few hiccups during our stay, everyone from front of hose staff, the waitresses, the bar staff etc. were genuinely concerned that we had a good time and had everything we needed. I want to say a special thank-you to Nash for chopping down some coconuts for us so that we could have coconut water and jelly. I have never felt this relaxed on holiday or at a hotel. I would highly recommend this location especially if you need a short retreat where you get back to basics and love to be immersed in the sounds of nature.

Room tip: We stayed in the Palm cottage which is the closest one to the beach
