We visit the place with 2 dogs and a baby and a kid on 2 years old. Beautiful walk, there are some stairs, but it's possible to walk with a baby carriage and then lift it up the few stairs you meet. If you walk up on the route back, you will get a shortcut!
My wife and I were staying 7 nights at the hotel Gavina.
We had been told about this walk and we were not disappointed.
The path is man made and excellent for walking.
The entire route hugs the coast and the scenery is amazing.
Also there are wonderful houses to be viewed along the way.
This path started at our hotel Hastel de la gavina and ended at a public beach. There are beautiful rock formations and ocean views. There are numerous posters describing the geology but they were in Spanish and I could not scan them.
A wonderful day trip from Barcelona! We drove to Calella de Palafrugell and easily found parking. After a short walk through town we found multiple signs for the trail. I couldn't say which town or beach was the most picturesque because it was all amazingly beautiful. There were many fantastic choices for lunch in all of the towns and many of the menus were available in English. Our family will definitely be going back to explore more of this fantastic area!
