We had a ver6 pleasant meal, fish soup to start then tuna, cod and pork, all of which were delicious. T(e service was delightful and very attentitjve. Good deserts too. A little more expensive than usual but the sea views made the even8ng.

Service & food were horrible. After waiting over an hour for our food all SEVEN (7) plates were cold. Then management was upset with us because we would not wait longer to allow them to correct their mistake. We tried explain we had an 87 year old with us & that we waited long enough & management got nastier. Then they charged us for bread & cheese that was brought to the table without asking us if we wanted it.

We had dinner at Alabote last night, thought it was a beautiful place to be with family and watch the sunset. We waited 1 hour for our food, which not only tasted terrible but the sides were cold and tasteless.

On vacation, we seldom go back to the same restaurant. For this one, we made an exception. The view at the sea is spectacular, especially when the weather is good. The food goes beyond traditional kitchen of the island but keeps its roots. We enjoyed the fish and bacon.
