Tucked away down the back streets, pleasant and quiet. Close to all the shops, bars and restaurants and an easy walk over the causeway to the historic centre. Staff were very helpful a and stored our bikes securely for us. Spacious room, it was a little hot, lack of fresh air. Modern stylist bathrooms and a good quiet nights sleep.
Breakfast was on the room terrace, very nice but a bit small and crowded when the hotel is full.

Room tip: All roads face a road side, so any traffic noise is magnified in the narrow streets

Thanks. A nice, precise and detailed comment.
It will be useful to those who do not know the geography of the territory of Gallipoli.
Compliments

I spent a weekend with my family in Gallipoli. If you want to spend some time relaxing, few meters far from the Gallipoli’s historic centre, I really recommend you this amazing hotel. The personnel is extremely kind and available to answer any type of question. They’ll suggest you every kind of activity to fully enjoy the experience of being in Gallipoli.
Rooms are comfortable and equipped of everything you need to feel like home.

P.s. Do not forget to have breakfast with delicious PASTICCIOTTI in the hotel’s terrace!!

We stayed here as part of a packaged cycling trip. We loved our room, which was in their second property around the corner from the first property. It is on a side street, very near the main church and plaza. Our room on the third floor seemed very new. High ceilings, high tech lighting and air con, excellent hard bed, balcony and floor to ceiling windows. We loved it. Initially though, we were in the older building with our group. We were assigned a room on the ground floor. It had a frosted window. We were fortunate to move, because friends of ours in the room next door said that the soundproofing was not good. We had completely different experiences. We loved this hotel, the newer part around the corner. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. I see online that it costs around $55 in October, that seems like an excellent price point.

Room tip: We loved our room in the new building on Via Mazzarella

I hope that the journey has proceeded to the height of your sensitivity.

Nothing to recommend this place, which is belongs on a 1* road side category, and that would be generous. The room was tiny, bathroom microscopic with Lilliputian toiletiries and they would not air condition it until requested (twice). Ruined Gallipoli for me. Awful. How could you have such shocking rooms, unfit for humans, let alone tired travellers?

Room tip: Avoid at all costs

I'm really sorry for so much inconvenience, pity you did not manifest it to try to improve the situation. I hope the after trip has been better and more rewarding.

This review refers to a night in the hotel’s annexe around the corner from the main building. Service was friendly and efficient and breakfast on the rooftop was superb.

However our twin room was very small with a glazed bathroom area which had a light triggered by movement but it was hypersensitive so turning over in bed switched on the light. The air conditioning seemed unadjustable and there were no instructions.

I'm sorry, damn sensor.
The sensor is as comfortable as impertinent if bathroom door is open.
We will have to improve the location for detection. We'll do it right away.
Thank you for your objective review.
