We picked Dooley's as a meeting point for myself and my sister and her family (I traveled from Donegal and they from Dublin) for Sunday lunch and we were not disappointed. The outdoor seating is so well thought out with a covered area perfect for families with small kids on a very warm day. The staff could not have been more helpful even offering to bring the kids food first to allow us to enjoy our starters. The food was excellent with generous portion sizes. We will definitely visit Dooley's again soon

Had a meal for 2 in Dooleys thus PM. Shocked when I got the bill: E20 euro each for baked hake on a bed of skimpy greens & baby potatoes. Place was v clean and Covid prepared.
Wont be going back in a hurry at those prices.

Went to dooleys yesterday’s evening for a change as it’s not somewhere I’d normally go to but glad I did it was a lovely and relaxing and good food the place was spotless with hand sanitizers everywhere bar men Micheál and martin very friendly and both wearing masks like the rest of the staff fair play to you all for doing such a great job as iv been to other restaurants where the staff don’t wear face covering because they don’t have to .everywhere is clearly marked out on where to go in and exit I’ll definitely return more often

Absolutely none of the staff are wearing any form off PPE.. no mask or even visor which is an absolute disgrace and they should have a little more respect for customers coming in and for themselves. It’s compulsory to wear the masks from yesterday on so I do not understand why they’ve none on. It made me feel super uncomfortable, I dread to see what the kitchen staff is not wearing. Every other restaurant I’ve been to since lockdown has been wearing PPE and it’s a credit to them! Apart from that the food is lovely, you can’t fault that. But it’s like to protect ourselves and others in my opinion and I think the majority of people will agree with me on PPE matters. 5 stars for food, 1 star for Covid-19 PPE measures in both kitchen and floor.

Thanks you for you feed back its greatly appreciated. In relation to face masks it is NOT currently mandatory for employees in restaurant and hospitality businesses to wear face masks or coverings as per government guidelines, but we have decided going forward from Friday 24th July we will wear them as there is a few people making incorrect comments on social media. Our kitchen staff have always wore masks. Most of our customers who are coming into our premise are actually commenting and stating it’s lovely to come into a relaxed and not a clinical environment as this is the hospitality sector.
