had been to the Vintage Goose Café previously but found Cup & Cook Café has moved in recently. Wow the café looks terrific, food was excellent and heaps of staff who were very welcoming and helpful. Will come back again. There were plenty of others enjoying the experience whilst we were there middle of the week.

They opened approximately two months ago and the owners recently sold Foodies in Sans Souci. They have renovated the place to give it a n atmosphere which is casual and practical as well as fresh to much the border with the George river.
They have a good setup for service to the customer and you don't wait long before your meals are served.
The place is clean while parking could be a bit of a problem specially once the soccer season starts in April as The Green soccer ground is just around the corner and lots of people will bring their kids for their Saturday/Sunday game.
The food is good and simple, will go easy with any palate or preference so have a go and visit them, you will not be disappointed!

Cup and cook have only recently opened taking over a previous cafe. The food is to die for! I'm not a salad person and I fantasise about theirs! They have a chicken salad, beetroot purée, beans, cucumber and red grapes and a Japanese inspired salmon salad, pickled fennel, wakame and califlower which I could easily eat every day they're so tasty! My husband has had the power veggie bowl and added poached eggs and bacon which he really enjoyed. Best friend had the burger and chips which was just as you would want a beefy burger and crispy chips served. Coffee is great, fresh juices available. Chilled wine and beer on tap! Staff are very friendly and attentive without being annoying. Cafe is child friendly offering my two little ones bags containing colouring in sheets, crayons and stickers. Reasonably priced menu, would happily recommend this place to anyone and everyone! What a great local!!
