We have been visiting V restaurant for over 15 years. They have changed chefs and managers several times during those years. We travel constantly and are definitely ‘foodies’, and we can confidently say that V is at its best ever. The young chef Kris is exceptional. The amuse bouche was a taste of the perfection that was to follow. We had the Kokoda and beetroot and goats cheese entree which were moorish followed by the laksa and fish 3 ways. The fish was so delicious we ate from tail to fin, and every part was exceptional. We can’t say enough how impressed we were with the food, We went to port o call on the way up and it’s no where near the sophistication or standard of V. Bravo and vinaka, your food and service was amazing.
