Flying Fish at the Sheraton is a must try on a trip to Denarau. The restaurant is right on the beach and you have sand under your feet as you dine.
Our meals were simple but exceptionally good. I had the fish curry which was outstanding and served with a separate curry emulsion sauce to pour onto a beautiful fillet of swordfish or similar fish steak.
Great food and service, but it is quite expensive. Probably $50+ per main course and expect to pay $100+ for a bottle of NZ sauvignon blanc that you could pick up $15 back in Auckland. Try it anyway, you're on holiday!
