If we could give extra stars we would. The food was good and the staff even better. The owner was warm and friendly and made our meal that much more enjoyable. Even rain did not take away from our time at Las Vistas!

Wow, what a great brunch place. Gladys was the nicest, friendliest, kindest, most thoughtful restaurant owner ever! Fresh fruit platter from her garden and her neighbors trees was complimented well by her ginger, honey, cinnamon sauce. Smoked salmon Benedict was awesome, and my wife enjoyed her Florentine. Kids loved the French toast. Fresh squeezed OJ! The view was fantastic with the ocean and bay both in sight from the table. Church choir could be pleasantly heard and was a nice addition to the ambience. La Vista is a must do for brunch in Fajardo or anywhere nearby!

Parking here is very difficult, so be prepared to park and then walk back. The actual restaurant is on the rooftop of Glady's house and it's right across the street from a church. This is a family owned and run eatery and they do fantastic work. I wasn't really hungry until I began to eat and then I began consuming the crepes with chicken before I could take pictures (sorry). The views from the roof top are not adequately captured by my phone camera, but it is the most relaxing setting that I have encountered in a long time. Gladys knows how to make you feel at home and comfortable, but make sure to wait for her to seat you -:0). We were seated immediately and brought a fruit bowl of fruit that was mostly from Gladys's garden and her neighbor's backyard. The honey, ginger and cinnamon sauce was absolutely amazing! My husband had her French toast which I helped him finish. We will be back there because the food is excellent, the service remarkable and it's a great value.

I have tried every brunch on the east side of PR- and this is TOPS!
Everything is fresh and made with love. Big dishes, quality ingredients, and the hostess/owner Gladys serves a lot of love. my husband loved their coconut pancakes (made from scratch and with loca coconuts), I had florentine eggs (made to perfection), friends had huevos rancheros and it was awesome too. I never eat an entire plate of food, but that day I couldnt have enough! highly recomended.
