We returned to Roylaton White Sands this year to get married after having the best time in 2016 - this time we brought some family and friends and they were NOT disappointed! In my experience, although the all-inclusive is completely amazing, the thing that makes White Sands/Blue Waters special is the amazing staff who are so positive, friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do! We had the good fortune to see Shawn again this visit, and were thrilled that he was still at the hotel although in another role, because he had helped make our first holiday at White Sands special.
On The Beach:
Nadine and Lashane are a brilliant team and a lovely pair of ladies, they were always so friendly and were straight over the moment we finished our drinks - all of our group really enjoyed their company!
George, Beverly and Randy the beach attendants were always super friendly and asked how our stay was going, and did an amazing job at keeping the beach a really beautiful place to spend the day.
Around the Pool:
Shane made us smile every day we saw him - he was always there to help with a smile on his face, jamming to the music around the pool! Shavor at the pool bar was always so polite and if there was ever an ingredient to a cocktail missing, would offer other delicious suggestions which were well worth trying!
Omari and the rest of the fantastic team of fitness instructors did a great job delivering fun, effective fitness programs like aqua aerobics and beach yoga - there is a huge variety of fitness programs to take part in and they're all done really well.
I have never been to a resort where so many of the staff are friendly, enthusiastic and where the quality of the service is consistent across different departments.
Diamond Club:
Our butlers Ryan and Carla were really helpful and oftn left spontaneous treats like cheese platters and chocolate strawberries in our room - a touch that was much appreciated! They helped to book tables in the restaurants we wanted to eat in so that we didn't miss out eating with our fiends and family and nothing was too much trouble.
Although included, we didn't use the Diamond Club beach because we preferred the space near the pool bar. There's a pillow menu, didn't use this either though because the pillows were super comfy anyway.
The Diamond Club Lounge was great. It was well air - conditioned and always had different selections of food to try.
Room Service:
Food was delicious but on a few occasions they were so busy that the food arrived a lot later than quoted - A separate room service for Diamond Club would be amazing but this isn't something that's available at the moment.
We would definitely recommend a visit to either Royalton White Sands or Blue Waters, as you can use the facilities of both, and the wonderful people alone are a good reason to visit this resort. We would love to come back again in the future!More
