Second visit to Princesa de la Isla and had a great experience. You must call ahead with your reservation and order and are attended by the owners, Alessandro and Costanza who offer great service, conversation and home made Italian food. Highly recommended when visiting Corn Island for a beachfront meal.

Great stay, clean and cozy, all rooms are a couple steps from the beach. Alessandro and Constanza are great and always willing to help us around. The food at their restaurant is amazing, I had the best octopus alla Luciana I’ve ever tried.

I planned to stay a few days at Princessa en route to little corn in December. Giving that it was high season, I contacted the host and made a hotel reservation prior to finalizing my travels. Having the hotel reservation, I then proceeded to booking flights. Once all was booked I was excited and looking forward to my trip. However I received an email from Princessa saying they had a problem with my credit card. I resent the info and asked them to confirm that all was ok. Instead, they told me that they no longer had availability. They gave up the room to another client. I argued that I had received a confirmation from them and sent them my credit card info before the other client came along. They basically dismissed this and didn’t offer any solution. Very disappointing and lacking in customer service to simply not be able to manage reservations service in a reliable fashion.

A lovely clean, wooden bungalow with WARM shower,on stilts right by the beautiful blue sea, delicious food ...and no gallos pintos in sight!,fascinating conversations with the hosts and guests, easy walks to fabulous beaches and interesting docks. Fixed price 20 /25 Córdoba taxis to go further around the small island. What more could you ask for? We loved our stay here and would thoroughly recommend it. We felt no need to scuttle off to Little Corn.

This is a first class Italian restaurant. Costanza and Alessandro, the hostess and chef, are from Rome and create wonderful Romano style dishes with local and imported ingredients. On our six days on Corn Island we ate there twice. Couldn't get enough.
