We were impressed upon walking into the room. Newly redecorated, the rooms had a modern decor and was very comfortable. Each room had a private deck for taking in the scenery. The common areas were well kept and clean. Even with being located on the main road, our room was very quiet and peaceful.

The Inn is a short drive or shuttle bus ride to the entrance to the park.

Very happy with the 3 days we spent there.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in September -- we wish it had been longer! We had stayed here a number of years ago, and upon check in, there was a gift of chocolates and (cold) bottled water waiting for us as return guest. The room was very quiet, very tastefully decorated and the bed very comfortable. The location is perfect for spending time in Zion, and the Spotted Dog Cafe located right next to it was so convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again when we have the chance to visit Zion.

Zion National Park is absolutely beautiful.and the south entrance to the park is just a short distance from Flanigan's. We had a spacious room with a deck and an unbelievable view. The lodge had a nice spa and a very good restaurant, the Spotted Dog.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights during our recent tour of the Southwest U.S. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The room we had was large and the surrounding property at Flanigan’s was nicely landscaped and very relaxing and soothing to wake up to in the morning. Mind you, some of the units on the property were less picturesque in that they faced a parking lot. So be mindful what you choose. There is a nice outdoor pool on the premises.

We usually had breakfast at the Spotted Dog restaurant on the premises and it was very good – buffet style. We had dinner there once – when we arrived – he was delicious, but rather pricey. We sampled the many restaurants of Springdale. Speaking of Springdale, it is a lovely little town where one gets the feeling of being at Zion Canyon. There are a number of tourist shops and restaurants all within walking distance of Flanigan’s (or you can choose to commute using the FREE shuttle – more on that later). The homes, shops, boutiques, restaurants... are all nicely landscaped and you never loose site of your proximity to Zion National Park.

Flanigan’s is situated right at the free shuttle bus to take you to Zion National Park. It drops you off at the park entrance and from there you take another free shuttle that takes you through Zion National Park. This shuttle gives you an extensive tour of the park and drops you off at several key locations with magnificent views and access to hiking trials. So you don’t need a car. Note that there is an entrance fee to Zion Park.

We had a wonderful stay at Flanigan’s and Zion and would definitely return.

Our group stayed here for 2-days in October-2012 while exploring Zion National Park. After a day spent hiking Angel's Landing,... we swam a few laps in the outdoor pool and relaxed our sore feet in the adjacent jacuzzi. -Somewhat, and momentarily replenished after our soaking,... we visited the restaurant ( Spotted Dog Cafe ) next door. The pricing is about right for Springdale but, the quality and quantity of food received, was quite refreshing. Our experience with the service and staff were so well received,... we ended up having breakfast there as well.

Room Tip: In majority of chain and franchise accommodations, staying away from the lobby and/or the pool/jacuzzi areas are no-brainers,... at Flanigans, -it was quiet all around. We traveled as a group and our friends were housed throughout the facility,... -there were no complaints from anyone :-)
