While visiting beautiful Zion National Park, we had a lovely stay at Driftwood Lodge. Nice amenities, clean and comfortable, just outside of busy part of Springdale, on the shuttle line to Zion, and a calming river behind it to rest by after a long day of hiking!.

A picturesque place to stay in Springdale. Check in was super easy. There’s a pool and guest laundry, and from the Court of the Patriarchs rooms, an amazing view of The Watchman from the back patio/balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent bathroom with a bathtub. Staff were friendly and helpful. A top base to explore Zion from.

My boyfriend and I were so happy we decided to stay in Springdale after seeing the craziness involved with getting into Zion. There’s a city shuttle right outside the hotel that takes you to the park shuttle.
The staff was very friendly and answered our questions about getting into the park. We enjoyed laying by the pool after our hike.
The room was very clean and pretty modern. I only thought it was strange that there was no door separating the mini kitchen area and the entire bathroom, including the toilet. In response to the review below, we slept absolutely fine and heard no noise from outside and the shade kept the room dark. Also, the views of the mountains from right outside of the windows are incredible.

Close to the Zion NP, not in the village. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable. Great with a balcony, views are great from there. Pool is great to cool of. Bus stop in front of the reception. Friendly staff.

Room Tip: second floor

Don't stay here if you intend on getting sleep- there are room darkening blinds on only one window. I could also clearly walk around in the room at night with the lights off as the outside light came in through the curtains. Thus, I was up at 5:30 every morning- when the sun came up. Also, no irons in the room- so good luck with wrinkled clothing. The furnishings were quite average- look much better in the pictures. I did not have the view out back like they show on the website. Staff was not too friendly- seemed bothered by my questions.

Room Tip: Avoid if you want to get any sleep- unless you like waking up at 5:30 AM.
