I was in town for a weekend trip with my grandmother, wife & two young boys. We checked in around 3pm and the front desk staff was very generous. When I made my reservation thru a third party they put me in a smoking room, but when the front desk clerk noticed I was with kids and that it was a mistake, they moved to a non smoking with any trouble. The rooms looked like they were recently renovated with new flat screens & furniture. The bathroom was very clean and was definitely recently renovated also. On saturday, I took the kids to the pool which was amazing. They had a great time and the pool was clean which was a big plus! Saturday night, we went to eat at the BBQ joint right next door which was delicious, then me and my wife went to the casinos (located only a few minutes away)! Anyways, we will be back here for sure and loved our stay!

Room Tip: The hotel is located in the heart of the town! Great location!

If you're planning to swim, forget it The pool hasn't been cleaned in quite some time. The room needs lots of updating but seemed fairly clean. When we went to turn in our card key, there was no one around! No continental breakfast at this one. The young man who checked us in seemed nice but spoke very little English but understood a little more I think.

Room Tip: Travel a little farther up the road to the Holiday Inn.

After a long drive we found this hotel online. Looked it up for a hotel with a jacuzzi tub. Well this was the only one that wasn't booked full. And now I why. Started out getting charged more than I was shown online. Then got in the room and the lookout hole in the door was missing and a piece of tissue wadded up in it. Then the floors where filthy ...so bad we had to lay blankets and towels down on the floor to walk on them. Would never stay in this hotel or any in this hotel chain again.

When we checked in, we didn't go to the room, we left to eat dinner. After an hour or more, we returned. Watched tv, and got ready to take showers. One of the large towels looked as if it had been used to wash a car with, it was very dirty and a little damp. We called the front desk, and we got more towels....more dirty towels, one of the towels they sent looked as if blood was on it! We turned back the sheets, and there was a stain, (my description would be inappropriate) let's just say it was brown and smeared. There was dust on the furniture. The room was just NASTY! We asked for a refund, but was denied because we'd been checked in for more than 30 minutes, however we still left and found another hotel. The manager/owner wouldn't even speak with us, he sent someone else, who was very rude.

Room Tip: Always, thoroughly check the room as soon as you get the key!
