The hotel is beautiful, we loved the huge aquariums in the lobby nice, our room was nice and clean, newly renovated, great location, right on the beach and shopping, and the best part was dining at Momosan, great comfort food More

The hotel to say the least was disappointing. We expected a 5 Star and got a 3 1/2 Star. Location was great though. Service was seriously lacking though. Maid service needs work...hardly any vacuuming. Bathroom seriously small. Will not say again.

First time staying at the Alohilani Resort. The overall service was excellent. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The pool and and fitness facilities were great. I would highly recommend the Alohilani, to anyone wanting to stay in Waikiki.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel! It is a quick walk from the beach as well restaurants. The hotel is very clean and has updated rooms. It has a great infinity pool as well as a hot tub as well. The hotel staff is very courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel!

We especially appreciated help from the concierge team in booking excursions, renting a car, and even re-booking an excursion when the pickup time was missed. Beautiful hotel, delightfully close to walking on Waikiki Beach.

Wait times at check in desk was 10-20mins.
Every time we called concierge there was no answer and our message was never returned the whole seven nights we were there.
Majority of staff not friendly.
Our first room on 39th floor, the shower water would keep coming out the bath tap instead of shower head.
The constant noise of a fan or air conditioners above us was unbareable to sleep with.
Our phone was not turned on when we arrived so what was the resort fee for if phone isn’t turned on.
Pretty disappointed as we spent all our savings on this trip before we have our first child and expected 5 star accommodation but didn’t receive it.
I think the fact that the staff weren’t friendly when things went wrong made us more upset because we are people that understand that accidents happen and sometimes things don’t go right but when you pay a lot of money for 5star accommodation you expect kind and understanding staff.
The positives of the hotel is that views were lovely and the pool bar was very nice and relaxing but unfortunately I will be telling my travel agent to not sell this hotel.
