The concierge were all fantastic. Great valet and biggest teams. Hotel ran like a top, with a huge amount of guests.
Happy hour, was great with live music at the pool.

We had a fabulous time and would recommend this hotel highly to anyone seeking a room solution for a family. The corner room with extra space was just what we needed. I am still missing the view from the room!

Thanks to all the reviews I read here I decided to go with this hotel. The check-in staff was very nice and professional. We upgraded to the 2 bedroom 2 baths suite for the 4 of us. The room was beautiful and spacious and we loved it. We enjoyed spending time at the pool with a very friendly staff Otto, professional and very knowledgeable about the area since it was our first time in Hawaii we didn't really know what to do. Otto was able to give us some ideas of places we can visit. The breakfast was phenomenal and the evening social was great and relaxing. I also want to mention that the housekeeping staff was very professional and always happy, they did an excellent job cleaning up the room. We are defiantly staying here next time we visit.

Couldn’t be more happy with the double bedroom with two bathrooms we have. So much easier especially with three children. The made to order breakfast was excellent and had a great overall selection. Tonight we’ll try the evening social. All staff and hospitality members we’ve spoken to have been extremely friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The people who work there make it what it is. The free breakfast is okay and checks the box but you probably won't be instagramming the pics to your followers. The manager reception is great, get there early if you want a spot to sit outside. Keola behind the bar is very personable. Tip, grab some snacks from the ABC across the street. They are very limited due to supply chain or blah, blah, blah. Aloha tour is the best tower, ABC across the street has a hot food bar. This is prime location for access to all of Waikiki without being too loud like some of the hotels on the main strip. You will suffer a little of the view but it's still very good. If I was with my wife only I'd prob stay at a few others but with a big family this place was excellent. It's why we try to stay at Embassy wherever we are staying.

My family and I spent 6 days at this hotel and we had an amazing experience. From check-in to check out, the staff was amazing. I wish I could remember his name from check-in but sadly I do not (We checked in on 6/2/22 around 2 pm). We checked in and had a 12-passenger van that would not fit in their garage, The front desk staff were able to accommodate us and they ensured that we would be taken care of. The staff was more than friendly and helped us with excursions and places to eat. Luckily there is plenty of food within walking distance so we had lots of options. Every morning our family would stand in line for breakfast and Michael (he made our omelets) was super sweet. He always took our orders with a smile and was always happy to help. On our last day, we spent it by the pool and we met an amazing employee by the name of Otto. He help us find seating (pretty limited by the pool, especially around 5:30 when free drinks and snacks start) and we were able to chat about where we are from (GO 49ers!). He was super friendly and helpful and was an honest highlight of the trip. The hotel is located in a prime location, with plenty of shopping and food within a less than 10-minute walk. The beach is also less than a block away. It is located on the quieter side of the strip but has no umbrellas and chairs out, you have to rent them from a stand.
Overall, 10/10 would recommend. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was super friendly and it was located in a prime location. Thank you to all the staff for making this stay amazing! We will be back.
