Best Reception Desk assistance ever

Our party of four- two adults and two teenagers, stayed for a week. The 18-year-olds loved the ability to go anywhere on their own, either walking or by the convenient bus stop nearby. The hotel is spotless, staff is friendly and responsive and the location is perfect for the beach, restaurants, convenience stores and shopping. The adults appreciated the breakfast selections, osmotic water dispenser and lemon water available at all times. The rooms were quiet and adequate for our needs.

Summer vacation

Absolutely perfect stay , great location , very close to abc store and numerous restaurants, awesome staff , excellent breakfast provided,
special shout out to Arnell who makes you feel so welcome. Beach a 3 minute walk.

Excellent customer service

My family and I had a very great and decent stay at Vive Hotel Waikiki. Greatly appreciated the kind, friendly and approachable staff. Glad that the hotel was very close to tourist/shopping locations around Waikiki. Would definitely recommend to other friends and families. Will book again when planning to go back to Hawaii!

really helpful staff and close to the beach

I had issues extending my stay but the staff helped sort out the issue when I checked in. You can borrow beach gear and the hotel staff is very knowledgeable about events in the area. The hotel is small but it's clean and the room is chic. The breakfast buffet had good options, two proteins, lots of fruit and carbs. The location is perfect since it's close to the beach and the bus stop. Also walking distance from the international market.

Amazing stay

Great stay for a couple or on business. While vive isn’t the nicest hotel in Honolulu, its perfect for those who want to get out and do. Rooms are but small but the staff and accommodations more than make up for it. All the staff were great but particularly Arnel and Richard from valet were superb. You won’t be disappointed when booking this hotel especially if you’re an adventurist!

Room tip: Parking is valet only. Small breakfast but lots of fresh fruit. Free beach gear to bring with you every day.
