Bento or plate lunch is always fun here, why? The extensive menu does a double tasty twist to the islands' bento classics. There is a little influence from mainland Japan, thus the crowd of Japanese tourists, in their cooking: aka or red miso sauce for tonkatsu, a near Tokyo style demi glaze sauce over hamburger and baby tako (octopus) tempura and beef tongue stewed to perfection. The servings are generous and the place is an eclectic collection of old tables, chairs, greenery with vintage & surf items for sale. It's just a fun bento place!
