Many thanks go to Mariam Beard, the Lead Concierge at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach resort.

Mariam Beard booked 4 of our tours on our 2nd day as we were visiting 4 of the islands in Hawaii. They were :-
1) Hoku Hawaii tours - H3 5 star Circle Island tour on Oahu. Our terrific tour guide Kevin deserves special mention. 2) Majestic Atlantis Cruise - Sunset Buffet on Oahu. 3) Sea Quest rafting - Night Manta experience at Keauhou Bay on the Big Island.
4) Alii Nui - Molokini deluxe cruise and snorkel on Maui.
All were excellent and it kickstarted our holiday after prebooking 3 other trips from Australia.
We just wanted to thank Mariam Beard for selecting these companies and sorting out our Activity Calendar.
We booked 1 more trip - a Deluxe Morning sail and Snorkel with Sea Paradise out of Keauhou Bay from the Sheraton at Kona on the Big Island.
It is hard to pick the highlight but probably the Night Manta Experience at Keauhou bay which was special, followed by the Alii Nui deluxe cruise and snorkel to Molokini Crater off Maui which was fantastic. The Captain & Crew went out of their way to exceed our expectations.
Just wanted to thank Mariam Beard once again for organising our trips with a minimum of fuss.

Room tip: We were on the second floor which was ideal.

Great location, but rooms need a massive refurbishment

The rooms are reasonable, but very dated. I expected better for the price we paid. The staff are friendly, but the place has no foyer, or presence on the street. The hotel is right on the beach, but there are others that are as well.

Rooms were clean though, but that’s not enough for us to stay here again.

Not many locations better than this

This is a prized location. The staff were great. Walk out the door and you are on the beach in Waikiki. The Restaurants were ok but the Halekulani is next door and the food there is super. Rooms are small and only adequately furnished for ease of use. Final take...good place in need of a referb. Value for the money is So So

Right on the Beach!

This hotel is situated right on the beach. Room was quite spacious with a couch, chairs & table on a small balcony. Bed was super comfy. Staff are welcoming and helpful.
The Hula grill has amazing food. Dukes has great atmosphere.
Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting the beach access.

Great meal

We booked this restaurant for our final night of a large family holiday (and a birthday) in Hawaii (there were 10 of us). The food isnt cheap (however Hawaii is quite expensive in general), but it is worth it. We expected a short wait due to it being a large group at peak dinner time, but the food was prompt and tasted fresh. Most of us had steak which was incredible. The bread was also superb, it tasted homemade. The setting was lovely, and it wasnt too loud in there despite being full. The service staff were attentive, and as we were celebrating s birthday they even bought a dessert out at the end which was a nice touch (and delicious). They do some amazing cocktails, I tried several and wasnt disappointed by any.
