I can’t even begin to express completely how incredible this hotel is. As a travel agent, I have stayed in alot of resorts and hotels. The biggest most highly rated think I can say about Halepuna is the off the charts customer service.
The moment I started asking questions before reserving to the time we checked out we were made to feel like royalty. We we’re not the only ones. We noticed the same with every guest around us.
The rooms were beautiful, VERY sanitized, roomy and view fantastic.
The pool and hot tub was so relaxing also. When we got to the pool they instantly prepared our chairs with towels to sit on and towels to use.
It was a very short like maybe 3 minutes to Waikiki beach. They prepared beach bags with towels in them for us to bring to the beach.
Probably a 2-3 minute walk to so many restaurants, shopping and fun stuff.
The valet parking is superb. We would give them a time to have car ready and pulled up and it was waiting by the time we got there.
The amentities in the room were endless. Bath robes, slippers, Keurig. Everything was electronic. Shades, blinds, electric lights etc…
