Fantastic place

The resort is gorgeous but it’s the people the work there that make all the difference!
From the valet to the front desk to the restaurants.. the spirit of kindness pervades..
For me that is the reason I choose the kahala resort over any hotel in Waikiki!

Anniversary Date

This hotel is Hospitality to the Max!!!! From the Valet to Room Service, the staff is courteous, friendly, efficient and mature.
The room, the food and drinks, the beach, the hotel grounds all excellent and relaxing. So much easier and nicer than Waikiki!!!
We already booked for return in December.

Excellent

I want to say thank you to Florence Bautista and team. she was very accommodating. When we asked for new towels, microwave, her staff responded quickly. Overall stayed is excellent. Everybody is so Friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Best experience ever!!!

Valet attendants, front desk staff & housekeepers were more than welcoming & helpful. Even with COVID restrictions everything felt comfortable & very very clean. Witnessed many moments where staff sanitized after each interactions.
Hotel lobby, dolphin lagoon room, and activities were all fairly clean & maintained its cleanliness.
Dolphin quest was unforgettable. All food experiences were amazing & delicious (buffet, room service, pool side service). Food runners & housekeeping for room service were fast, efficient & professional. Best hospitality we’ve ever received!
We will definitely be coming back in the near future!

Great Hotel

We had a very relaxing time over the weekend celebrating my husband birthday. The room was right across from the Dolphin Quest Pool, very special to see the dolphins from our room. Thank you Kahala Hotel
