“Honorably presented”

A launch takes you out to the memorial, which sits atop the sunken USS Arizona. The walls in the memorial list the names of all that parished. It is respectfully presented and sobering to behold.

“Worth the 90 minute bus ride”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 March 2012

I am not into war stories but out of respect I went to Pearl Harbour. This part of the memorial is free but you need to get there early...like 8am which is hard to do with only public transportation and the bus takes an hour and a half from Waikiki!

“A Unique and enlightening experience.”

We especially enjoyed the "museum" experience before we were escorted to the memorial. It was all special...except for the horrible recorded funeral music in the background at the memorial.

“Make a day at Pearl Harbor”

I can't imagine anyone not coming to Hawaii and not going to the Arizona Memorial. You really need to visit one of the adjoining attractions if you're going that far, such as the Bowfin, the Missouri, or the Air Museum
