On their front window (and local commercials) they were advertising a fudge filled chocolate heart (for Valentine's, yes it's after but they still had the sign up and still advertising it) my wife really wanted one so since they were advertising it we stopped in to get one. They did not have it any more. She had the choose others to replace what she wanted, and the 2 girls working behind the counter (especially the one) were slow and seemed confused. It wasn't busy so I don't really understand what their deal was. I also fell that $2+ for a donut is a little expensive, but maybe I'm just not up with the times. The ladies working behind the counter did not look professionally enough to be working food service either

Fantastic customer service, LOVE that they offer decaf iced coffee (most other chains do not) since I cannot have caffeine, delicious donuts and breakfast sandwiches, great location, never have to wait.

Their coffee is the best. The donuts are always fresh and tasty. A nice treat as you shop in the mall.

We had just travel from Times Square on New Years Day, after returning the rental car at Buffalo Niagara Internation Airport, we decided to visit the Dunkin Donuts close by. There we three of us and the only one s in the store. I got a bIg N' Toasted with no bacon , my friend got the sausage egg cheese with no suasage but then decided on the fried egg on the crossaint instead. The cashier found her changing her mind to be an inconvenience, as she sreamed over to who appears to the Manager, Edith, " Edith did you make the yellow egg already, cause now she wants a fried egg" We then asked for the comabo which came with a coffee for an extra 1.00 or so, we ere then told that, we cant have combos if we dont have meat on our sandwiches, a bit bizarre we thought. Well my friend paid and the cashier threw the money at her on the counter as we walked off to make oakmeal. Very rude and horrible service
