On our way to Las Vegas. We picked a great place to stay before going on to Las Vegas. Will stay there again if driving to Las Vegas again. The food was very good and the room was very comfortable. Saw a great rainbow from our window.

I have only stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn one other time, years ago. This is a great hotel with a great, caring staff. Very good value, clean, nice common area, hot coffee, etc. anytime. The staff goes out of their way to make sure all your needs are met and you are satisfied with your stay. I would stay at this hotel again.

I would be scared for a handicapped person to stay here; I am not handicapped. The picture shows the safest entrance; it is NOT covered and I didn't see a ramp for handicapped or carts which are very small. The two other exits are two long concrete stairways. It was raining when we checked in and out so your belongings and you get wet even with an umbrella. This is a very steep, small lot for such a property. Deliveries are made during checkout hours. The trucks have to park in front of the entrance essentially blocking it and the drive as well. There is no attempt by the delivery people or the staff to speed this process. The property looks nice but I'd call the room kiddie sized. It is cramped with double beds; they don't have queens. If you are looking for bathroom updates, look at the floor and the toilet. While the toilet is new, it is the old lower height that I didn't think anybody used anymore and is so strong that it vibrates the floor and is too loud to flush during the night. The toilet paper dispenser is not easy to reach in this bathroom that is terribly small with limited counter space. The vanity is uncomfortably low profile. The closet and bathroom doors close unless you prop them open. The beds weren't as hard as other reviews; we didn't try to adjust them. Even with my own pillow, I awakened with a neck ache. The normal Hilton beds are much better. The bedside lamp was very hard to turn on and off. The refrigerator was turned off; we adjusted it to a higher temp only to find that it wasn't even plugged in. The AC works by running 1-1/2 minutes and off 5 minutes the entire time. This property is in serious need of exterior and interior space management help.

As for breakfast, $9+ dollars to wash three pieces of silverware and three pieces of dinnerware (instead of throwaway) that staff constantly wanted to take when you aren't finished or repeatedly try to refill you with the wrong beverage is inexcusable. It is essentially Hampton breakfast put out in fancier containers.

Desk staff is very nice.

Having a Coco's next door was the biggest plus.

Everyone was friendly and exceptional customer service. I enjoyed my stay from the front desk who helped me with finding my rewards information to my sleep quality to the gentleman helping me get my coffee for breakfast. Thank you Hilton for another great stay!

First off the staff was great.
The hotel is beginning to show some age but is still a nice place to stay. It is well maintained and clean.
The breakfast area is very nice. That having been said this Hilton Garden Inn is the first, at least in our memory, that does NOT have the “cooked to order” breakfast. The items that were there were fine but, again, the cooked to order breakfast is not available here. That breakfast is one of the reasons that we opt for Hilton Garden Inns.
Our room was clean and everything worked fine. One complaint is that the toilet flush is one of the loudest we have ever encountered, anywhere. You can hear flushing next door and even a couple of rooms down. More than a bit irritating.
Even at that we’d return.
