We arrived at 8:30pm with 2 rooms booked and confirmed to be told by Geoffrey that our reservation had been cancelled half an hour before but he said that our rooms were still available at a higher price!!!! He wouldn't budge and said that we had to pay the higher price even though I had the confirmation with me. Geoffrey then became very rude and refused to talk to us!! The manager eventually came and gave us our rooms. However, the rooms were tiny and not nice at all. Breakfast was awful and we will not be staying again.

Room Tip: Don't stay here at all!!!!!!!!

This is a Motel, NOT a Hotel. Wi-Fi is terrible. Rooms are dingy, smell, and random things don't work. Half of it is updated and the other half is outdated and rundown. Overpriced crappy Motel, avoid completely unless absolutely necessary.

We just checked in and are scheduled to stay here two nights. We are just sick at how terrible our room is. They advertise all rooms as suites. What a joke. We walked in, the room smells terrible, one chair at a desk next to the TV. Lumpy, bumpy beds, one night stand, not a suite at all and we have stayed in a lot of places. The ironing board does not even have a cover! Doors don't close well. Curtains are stained and falling apart. The concrete overlay outside the door is coming into the room with every step. Rain is pooring from the roof! We tried to talk to the office but no way will they work with us. If they had of tried to make us the customer happy, we would NOT be giving a bad review! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!

Visited while on route 66. When we arrived it looked nice everything had recently had a lick of paint. Reception seemed unorganised I think there was problems with technology. There was alot of parking and many rooms. There was a pool but it was busy. The room was a nice size with a sofa bed area and a bedroom area but we noticed alot of bodge jobs where they had tried to cover up broken or dirty things in the room. We Went out to down town it was an easy drive. Breakfast was included there was a wonderful guy there running around trying to keep up with demand but it was so busy as soon as food came out it was gone - more staff needed. Everything here seemed like cutting corners.

This stay was horrible. First of all it felt so unsafe, and we didn't wanna leave anything in the car. Second, my mom who was just out for a cigarette, was offered to buy drugs from other guests at the hotel!! We were here with a kid and three adults, and we definitely didn't wanna go out at night or go to the pool.

To talk about our rooms: The room is SO humid! There's no vent in the toilet, so it smells and is so humid when you take a shower. It wasn't very clean either, and the interior is so poorly set up. The breakfast was ok, but not good. I'd never stay here again!
